Proceedings below: The parties entered into a settlement which resolved all matters, and the trial court reviewed and approved the settlement agreement, dismissed the matter, and clarified that the order was a final judgment pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-1315. On its own motion, the Supreme Court ordered this case to be transferred from the docket of the Court of Appeals to its docket.
Issues: Appellant makes the following assignments of error: 1) The District Court erred in denying the Appellant’s Motion for Review of Settlement Agreement; 2) The District Court erred in granting the Appellees’ Motion for Approval of Settlement Agreement; and 3) The District Court erred in certifying its order as a “Final Judgment” pursuant Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-1315.
